The Institute of Postcolonial Studies is an autonomous, non-profit organisation and runs on the financial support provided by memberships and donations. We seek to encourage new modes of philanthropic engagement and support that move beyond individual, corporate, or parochial interests. All our activities are carried out by volunteer members from different professions and walks of life who share a deep commitment to the Institute's objectives of overcoming colonial mentalities and structures through public engagement and collaborative practices.

We welcome donations that will help strengthen the Institute's autonomy and profile as an independent and distinctive voice in the public arena both within and beyond Australia. We seek donations of funds, skills, and time for organising events, developing innovative projects, and expanding relationships with like-minded local and international organisations.
