Edgar Ng

Executive Officer

Edgar has handled the administration, communication and finances of the Institute since its establishment in 1996. He took his BA in English Literature at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master degree in mass communications at Macquarie University and he was recently awarded a Ph.D by the University of Melbourne. His thesis was entitled The Concept of Partnership in International Development: hopes, blockages and contingent possibilities.
