Joan Clarke OAM

Member of Council

Dr. Joan Clarke’s position as IPCS Council Member brings together a lifelong passion for improving mental health and rehabilitation services for people with severe mental illness and recognition of those postcolonial legacies that adversely affect reform. She currently works at St Vincent’s Hospital Mental Health Division, is on the Council of Forensicare and runs a consultancy business in mental health.
