Therese D'Orsa

Therese's interest in post-colonial studies emanates from lifelong commitment to social justice which has been a major thread throughout all her studies and work as an educator. She is currently Head of Department of Missiology (Mission Studies) at the Broken Bay Institute Sydney and occasional lecturer at Catholic Institute Sydney. Therese is Honorary Professorial Fellow of Australian Catholic University Faculty of Education and Fellow of the Australian College of Educators and until recently was the Director of Catholic Education Diocese of Sale, and an Executive Director of the Catholic Education Commission of Victoria. Therese holds degrees of PhD and M.Ed from the University of Sydney, M.A. (Hons) from the University of Melbourne, and B.A. from the University of Queensland and has addressed many conferences and contributed to a wide range of publications.
