OPENING HOURS

Normal hours: 8am to 6pm weekdays
After hours: Before 8am or after 6pm weekdays
Special hours: Weekends and public holidays

BOOKING OPTIONS

Minimum booking: Bookings must be for a minimum of two hours up to a full day.
Full-day: 8 am to 6 pm, at 7 hours equivalent rate.

HOURLY RATES (GST INCLUDED)

Corporate: $75
Tertiary: $55
Not-for-profits: $35
Community: $25
After hours:+$25 per hour
Weekends & public holidays: +$70

CAPACITY

Up to 16 seated.

Bookings may incur a cleaning fee ($50).

IPCS members receive a 10% fee reduction on venue hire. Membership is open to all, for more information see https://ipcs.org.au/membership/

The Project Space

The Project Room is a small sized space facing Curzon Street. The room features a wall-length felt pinboard and a portable whiteboard. It’s ideal for small group discussion or collaborative work.

The Edgar NG Gallery

The Edgar Ng Gallery is light-filled small room with a kitchenette that may be booked in addition to the Phillip Darby Room or the Ashis Nandy Room.

The Ashis Nandy Room

Named after a founding fellow of the Institute and prominent postcolonial scholar, the Ashis Nandy Room is the Institute’s main events space. During late Spring and Summer, it may be booked together with the Institute’s courtyard.
