We invite expressions of interest from members and friends to volunteer or intern with the Institute of Postcolonial Studies in 2021.

Be part of a growing community of creative and critically engaged people at the Institute. On the basis of your skills and interests, we’ll develop a unique volunteering or internship opportunity.

Help us make IPCS into a space where the pressing matters of the present are raised and responded to in critical, creative, practical, ethical and substantial ways.

We are looking for people with the following skills and expertise:

  • content writers & editors
  • website & social media
  • video & audio editing
  • administrative support
  • events support
  • fundraising

We ask for a commitment of four to six months, and three to six hours per week or fortnight. Volunteers are offered a courtesy IPCS membership for 2021 and are encouraged to participate in our events and activities.

If you are interested or would like to propose something different, please submit a brief expression of interest, together with your CV.
