We invite expressions of interest from members and friends to intern or volunteer with the Institute of Postcolonial Studies in 2022.

IPCS INTERNSHIP, JANUARY TO JULY 2022

Be part of a growing community of creative and critically engaged people at the Institute. On the basis of your skills and interests, we’ll develop a relevant volunteering or internship opportunity.

Help us make IPCS into a space where the pressing matters of the present are raised and responded to in critical, creative, practical, ethical and substantial ways.

We are looking for enthusiastic people with the following skills and expertise:

  • website and social media
  • video & audio editing
  • administrative support
  • content writing & editing
  • events support
  • fundraising

We ask for a commitment of four to six months, and up to three hours per week. Interns are offered a courtesy IPCS membership for 2021 and are encouraged to participate in our events and activities.

We take up to three interns in early January and June, once more, for up to six-months, though volunteering is welcome throughout the year.

If you are interested or would like to propose something, please submit a brief expression of interest, together with your CV to Carlos Morreo, IPCS’ Executive Officer.
